its west of the city with the big shopping centre, where you find evey and where you get the rainbow badge. go to the shopping centres top floor to get a drink and you have to to have cut. go west and cut through a tree and there is a building you go through and at the other end there is a house talk to the person in there and they will give you fly. need anymore help on any part of this game pm me
