You will use it in the Secret Sublevel in Division 47 - you will use it to unlock Dr. Dominion's computer. To find his computer you have to get into the Secret Sublevel - You will see a long corridor. You walk all the way down it & at the end there is a wall - You will be able to walk right through it. That is where the computer is.
