if you mean charms you have to buy them once you become grank and also, pills last for like 10 seconds, there a waste of items if you ask me
Pills are my fav. I use them when monsters are Flash, Pitfulled, or Paralyzed 'cause it adds over 100 to your attack, they're the strongest you can get
