I can't seem to find him after Twilight town. The person next to the inn said that He's seen General White but, he left and he said that General White looked tired and I don't know what that means. I know it's refering to a place, I just don't where that place is. 🤔 🤔 🤔

Go back to Fahr Outpost and behind the cannon statue near the green bob-omb, there will be a house behind it. Enter the house and click on General White until he wakes up.
