This is a cheat. And it works for the Iksar Shaman.
When you get Giant Growth, use it. Run to a save point while large, save. Exit the game. Reload that same game. When it loads you shall be small but as fast as if you were using the spell. This trick will continue for as long as you don't use the Giant Growth spell again. You can also change missions so it is, oh so helpful in the Medallion Round "Soul Break"
