that mission all i can say is use the weapon your the best with and bring lg barrel bombs and lg barrel bomb + and monster broth to combine with lg barrel bombs to lg barrel bombs + and just try over and over and over. (use the felyne kitchen too) favorite combo any meat with blessed wine (only if you have 5 cats) the combo is +50 health and +5 attack.

Ya get hard monster bone in rank3 gathering hall ans higher. And news flash i just got silver rathalos ruby and looked at the armor , it told me the silver rathalos is not weak to dragon attribute but weak to water. What the heck ? It all makes sence now because my friend used plesieoth water blade and killed the silver rathalos with ease. Just thought id let you know. AS far as the gold rathian im not sure cuz i havent unlock her armor yet.
