In charge? all you do is criticize everyone of being self proud. Theres nothing wrong with being proud of yourself and your achievements. If you're not allowed to be proud of yourself, why bother achieving anything at all?
Besides, this banner is for CHU, so you should have to state your reasons just like everyone else. Being in charge doesn't make you better than everyone.

I gotta get to work on this thing...meh.

well, as for worrying about all the avatars fitting into one, I have that under control. I'm making a mosaic of sorts, depending on how many people we get it may get more complex, but as of now, I'm planning on spelling out CHU with the avatars. So you probably wont be able to see your individual avatar unless you look really close, but you'll know its there.
