i am doing the "where the spirits have lease" quest and i buttonhole Velwyn in the imperial city, its just that he refused to help me with the haunted manor. do you gus know how convince him otherwise?

um...get your personallity up, use a charm spell, speechcraft, bribe, mini-game

your choice

It's best to charm him. If you are an imperial use the voice of the emperor power and you get charm scrolls at the bravil mages guild recomendation quest.

one thing though, i dunno why the hell my oblivion game got lots of glitches. i am doing the last fighters guild mission "the hist", i have to kill a bunch of blackwood guys but the thing is they dun die. after their health runs out they only go unconscious. any comments ?

i use seductive charm spell on velwyn but its doesnt work. he keep on refusing to help. i try to use the same spell repeatedly and suddenly my xbox just stop...

well, thats how i train my illusion, casting charm over and over, but you should bribe and charm and mini-game and fortify personality

hi! i need help with the 'application' to the dark brotherhood, you know killing the leader of mages guild (in bruma) cuz anytime i attack her well then she teleport thingy and then everybody attack me and i die a while after
