Last level involves you defeating Dr. Nefarious
You should max alot of this huge radius weapons like the Nitro Eruptor and Annihilator
He uses mainly 3 attacks in the ring:
1.Blue ghost swipe
2.Power Sweep
3.Singe Grenade
1.Blue Ghost swipe- involves him turning into a ghost and lunging forward and clawing you
2.Power Sweep-he stands in the middle and shoots out circular movements of black beads(very easy to dodge)
3.Singe Grenade-Throws a blue grenade and has a wide radius
In the pursuit after he escapes, he uses Solid beam, where he shoots out,duh,purple energy, and can anytime, summon robots(very annoying)You do that for a long time before assaulting him in the last ring, where things get seriously out of hand
He uses the Blue ghost swipe again, but this time summons about 12 of them and drives you nuts
He has the power of the terrible two,(actually has only one),Gary(the missle guy), where he fires a crap-load of missles in the air and leaves marking points where the missles will land, and if i remember correctly, he uses the Singe grenade again, but this one has a giant radius
So, good luck and the tip is, dont stop moving when hes moving
