ok... This is wat u do
Just Left Click ur Mouse on the Screen and turn ur mouse while holding the Left Button.....

Ok my bad that is wrong..
it depends on wat type of mouse u have..
for example your mouse needs to have the scroll thing in the middle of the right click and left click....
if it does, click on it the turn ur mouse to the left or to the right..

another way is to use the numpad arrows. I find it easier than the mouse wheel, but whatever works for you.
