Go to the 3rd area on nessa.
Go north until you find the ruins.
Go through the first building and onto the platform behind it.
You will get teleported to another building - scoot around in the until you find the keystone; it's a big blue, red or green stone floating in the air - not hard to miss...

Give it a go - if my fool-proof plan doesn't work, either youre a fool(not likely) or i got them wrong(very likely). in the event of the second option you can sue me.
