Kempton is controlled by Angie 21st street, also one of the minor crews who usually hang around this district are the Black hearts. it has quite a few shortcuts and mainly has straight lanes and a moderate amount of tight turns. When u verse Angie on a street race, it might be quite difficult because she uses a muscle car which makes her catch up quickly and the straight lanes, when it comes to the canyon, it will not be hard as her muscle car won't handle those tight turns easily so its ur advantage to take over with ease.
