bottom. eventually going through some holes youll ocme accross a fast pond. if you go the tip you can see articunos wing and tail. go up youll see some boulders and 2 holes. put 1 boulder in 1 of the holes and 1 in the other. go down and itll be a good current to surf in. go to the lil island and youll be going aginast articuno.
only needs: pokemon that knows stun powder,spore,sleep powder, or poisenpowder/ the HM's surf and strength, and some ultra balls
