Nope, I dont think its stats are good enough to use it, plus half the time transforming into your opponent makes the battle tougher.

not bad teem but if you evolve pikachu to raichu using a thunder stone. loose priemape and add a high level nidoking or kangaskhan. the teem will be even better.
