to get a crobat you need to trade it to blue or red have infinite protiens and carbos etc. use them until golbat is maxed out trade him to gold silver crystal and give him exp.share go to the pokemon league and level him up until he evolves

I think you can find a crobat in grass/caves while playing. You don't need to trade it. Then train it to evolve.
