Always take the back streets and watch out for gang cars on the main roads

Drive along the main road until it says "watch out for gang cars", something along thoses lines, then soon as it says that, turn down the road nearest to you, and make you way to the location, there will be other gang cars, but they are pretty easy to avoid once you hit the back roads.

on gta vc and sa ps2 u can get real life cars, is there any way of getting them onto gta lcs or gta vcs psp
