plz read on Pokemon Silver/Gold Game Boy Color Message Board - Page 1

I really love the pokemon MEW. My whole life i have been trying to get it on all games.
if any one knows how to get it on silver tell me, i have pretty much mastered that game. i really want MEW!!!! plz help, i need to know if i can get it withought an action replay

but in my guide book for it it says its available

and my friends got it in GOLD

He probably cheated to ge mew because in the older games, Youhad to download one. Now cheatingis the ONLY WAY

I think only in japanesse version you can get it. In other versions you can't...Sorry

MEW IS IN THE OLDER VERSION, for the how many I don't know times.....

ok...first you have to have two game boys to trade it to... next get a blue version and go to where you get the thunder badge but dont let the ship sail yet...then trade a pokemon to blue version that knows surf...next go to the water where the ship is on but dont go in, then surf on the water where the ship is on pressing bba or aab or babababa and then a mew will come out....and i think you have to beat the poke league which is easy considering you could trade pokemon...trust me ive done it twice
