that means celebi is in the present time!!!!!!
go to birchs lab
he will say he saw a small creature flying around
go to the grass right outside lil root town
after like 5 encounters with pokemon, u will find celebi
hes on level 25
if u use a ultra ball, ull never catch it
u have to use a poke'ball
it will work the first time
celebi is invincible
its ability is something strange
after every attack ur opponent does it heal itself
its best move is time travel
u can use it!
it flys hight(looks like it does) 1 turn later it attacks, its damage is 150
pretty sweet huh
