u can get the ea nation account from EA. u don't have to pay, and the only thing u have to have is an email account and a great sense of imagination. u can get it from here: Link

okay dude. i did and when i run it, this blackish screen pops out for 1 second then dissappears and then this regini file(a notepad doc.)pops out and nothing happened, i even downloaded da patch from like 6 different places but nothing ****ing works!

maybe u already have the 1.3 version. run the game, and then check on the main menu of what version it is.
