    mine has A, C, D, E, F, G, H, J drives
    it all depends on the computer.
    same with that instant messenger question, I have three.
    also with the text writing programs theres Wordpad and Notepad which weren't mentioned. You'll have to be specific about your questions a bit more because computers are all different

    windows media player is the default player. But theres iTunes and realplayer as well.

    yup! windows media player, iTunes and real player. i have all these on my computer.

    Q10 - what things do you need to burn a files onto a CD?

    - songs
    - a burning program (windows media has one)
    - a writable CD
