First, it is called a Nintendo Event. They are often held in New York, United States and in Japan. Also, in newer Toys R Us, they are putting in a machine in which you can do the same thing as you would at a Nintendo Event. They cost a dollar (US) to use. If you cant get to a Nintendo Event or a machine, you can use an AR (Action Replay) or a Gameshark to obtain the tickets.
