I hope they improve on 07...I thought the visuals in the game were great but despite them trying to familiarize the grappling (overal really) to that of the best wrestling game to date No Mercy for the N64 they failed in that regard, plus why the hell would they put in that stupid feature of tapping a button for your guy to get up, I nearly broke both my fingers before I finally returned it to the video store.
The visuals were great though...plus the lasting appeal of Season, GM Mode, and PPV is a nice change from the RAW games. Not only that but the locker room was a great idea...I loved that feature, by the end I had it looking exactly the way I'd want it if I were a pro wrestler. And the create-a-wrestler was damn good too aside from one dumb feature I hope they include in 08, that is putting your own music into the game for your created wrestlers entrance theme song, I don't understand why they would leave such a popular feature out? RAW 2 had it why not this game...?
But aside from the shaky grappling and overal wrestling system, a few minor features I didn't like 07 was still a pretty damn good wrestling game once you get the hang of it...good, not great. Hopefully in 08 they will fix a lot of the mistakes they made...
