You can't fly a helocopter or a plane on this game. A plane can be found on gta san andreas and a helocopter can be found on Gta 4

You can't fly a plane, i've tried every thing, even driving a rhino through it. The planes it self are part of the whole gaming environment and can only be accessed on a certain mission. But can fly ON a plane, just unto the wings of one of the moving passenger planes and watch your self fall down to the sea when you slip.

I do not know if it works because i've never tried it but when you get to the mission when you have to follow the helicopter....... and you have to kill all the triads ( I think) while following the copter..... when and if it gets near your hide out shoot it down with a bazooka and get a rhino and use a code to get a rhino keep knocking towards you hide out and put it in your garage it would probably respawn back to normal...


now I dont know if this works but if you trie it and it works your welcome...... if not then sorry for wasting your time.

Use edison carters cheat by pasting this url www.psp411.com/show/save/360 and clicking I understand, download. you will need to put tha info you downloaded into the savedata folder in your psp

stop saying press triangle because the point is you cant get onto or into planes or helicopters because the game designers didnt put the ability in the game however you can get gta vice city stories which actually feels like gta san andreas only your in vice city where now you can swim and fly helicopter though im not sure about planes
