I think you should have to be a Veteran, or have proven that you are capable of being a parent. An example of a non-veteran experienced member would be darkish_raven. I think people like vonfuzzball and darthwright should not be parents, and for apparent reasons. Not that I have anything against you guys, i just think that you do not have enough experience here.

@ghost42: i suggest that there should be requirements to become a parent, because this system is to teach newbies how to behave and prevent them from being annoying, yet i have seein a few newer members say that they will be a parent.
it is just a suggestion but maybe only vets should be able to parent.
and another thing, how many children can a parent have?
I've put some requirements on the first page.
You can have as many as you want, as long as you're willing to spend the time to look after them all.
