IMO, parents should be selected by a moderator or someone.

Because dstates sure as hell shouldn't be a parent.

then about the rest of my questions, if you will...

what are the requirements of being a parent?(i recomended vets)

how many "children" can we have?(i have had 2 requests, and idk if that is allowed)
