where to find rare pokemon you dont gotta cheat/do an event for

Mewtwo:curlcean cave [must give celio ruby&saphire and beat elite 4]

Zapdos: power plant [below rock tunnel]

Moltres:mt ember [1 island]

Articuno:sefoam islands [rout 20 under fucshia city]

Unown:any of the ruins on 7 island [must do the boulder thing in the cave on your way to the ruins]
