-Pokerus is a virus that helps your pokemon level up faster, eventually it goes away, but it will infect any pokemon in your party.
-Relicanth is pretty rare, you can find it on the sea floor around Sootopolis, but it'll take a while. Its a big mud fish basically, and has good stats.

No the thing that makes the screen shiver is when one of the pokemon in your party is posioned. Every time the screen "Shivers" the posioned pokemon loses 1 HP.

Pokerus is very contagious!!! It is very good though!! You get it on route 117. Just battle the pokemon there and you should get pokerus there.
