you have just mentioned 2 of 4 different tasks you must do to unlock the M3. Have you done the other tasks?

good point to make sure if both are done, go to the main menu and go to the reward cards page, and if at least two of the four squares in the bmw m3 gtr card should be highlighted... if not, then go do another pursuit!

ok nice and slow. after da pursuit when i did over 200 000 cost 2 state and raise da heat of my car to 5, i checked my reward cards and the reward cards for the 200 000 cost 2 state and da heat level 5 were both not there.
i tried again but still no luck.
P.S. my computer never has glitches, especially not 2 times in a row.
then your game has a glitch. Thats the only viable explanation.
