Ok i've tried to submit cheats but they never are accepted so i'm just posting it here.
Here is a Fat joe mini FAQ.
Q: Does he disable achievements or any rewards? A: No
Q: Why is he a secret character? A: Probaly because they were too ashamed to put a rapper as bad as him in the game without cheat codes.
Q: What is his fighting style? A: Beatbox...slow but powerful.
Q: How do I unlock him? A: Load up the game, when it gets to "Press Start" hit the following:
"B, UP, RIGHT, LEFT, Y"
Q: Are there any other hidden things in the game? A: "It's Goin Down" and "Make It Rain" and you can get them both by looking at this sites cheat code section.
