set everything to 0....suspension...everything..front spoiler all the way down,rear all the way up...gears....set the final drive all the way down,then set the gear rang to the widest,then set each individual gear to the lowest and go backwards around the test course....you might have to tamper with the gears a bit to get to the full 1200 plus,but...note: you haave no control over the car..remember,everyhting has to bet set to the lowest level possible,then the gears,and the downforce.....good luck

he did not mentions this is in reference to using the suzuki pikes peak car. it is the thing that makes the that cars front end go up and it goes really fast. but I never made it over 900 something because the game actually has a limit, even with action replays and other similar things being used on various GT games they all have a limit to how fast a car can go. way above anything realistic, and since GT games are about realism, it is a wonder anybody actually found the limit, since it would require making a car be unrealistic...
