Do you need a certian amount of magika to be able to cast the spell, because i have pretty low magika.

do the mages guild quest line i got mine from where you have to go to the dark fissure i waited for the necromancer to make them then i killed him took the out of the altar and duped them at my house

ok u go to a shop umm i forget with xD but they see stuff like cases to put stuff in shelevs and a lot of stuff XD well i'll tell u if i rember the name of the shop

OK just for emeraldragon the anvil house is fully furnished after you complete a quest. Sleep in it to start it.
