i need to find some for a quest but i can find any lol its the one where u need to be lvl 5 yea if that helps can u tell me plz ty ^^.

You can usually find garnd soul gems lying around in the arcane university or you can but them off people in the mages guild, go to a necromancer table and get them to change some how, i havent tried it before.

if you have to have some, go make some, find a necromancer alter, theres one in the front of a fort just north of kvatch, and have some empty grand souls gems with you, wait until there is a light over the alter and make sure you have a soul trap spell, place the gem(s) in the alter then use the spell however many grand gems you have in it and there you go, your very own black soul gems, and i know this works, i made some myself.

there should be some in the cheydinhal mages guild. in the boss's room in the basement

already got thoses for another mission it was for ummmm to get into the arcane uni
