Neways, good way to win, hit the apex of the corner late, builds up your speed in a straight line and puts you right up on him, with a chance to overtake him next corner, good luck.

Tricks on the TRACK dont help on a SCREEN. It may help your overall understanding of racing theory but it DOES NOT HELP YOU WHATSOEVER ON A SCREEN.

Yes, but not that many people actually like to cheat. alot of people actually want to finish the game legit, so they can be proud of themselves. Adding a re-playablility to the game, but if it's too easy, it's no fun (maybe for the first few hours or so of cheating) and nobody will like it anymore. But if you REALLY can't win a race, or get majorly stuck in the game, and get mad because of it and blah blah, then people might use it. I actually did use it once, the infinite money trainer, because I had a BAD car, with no money left.

I have finished yet 73% of the game, now I have only the Porsche Cayman tuned up left, but no money.I've unlocked the SLR but it cost a lot, and there aren't many races left untill finish so I don't Know if I'll be able to obtain a proper car to defeat Darius.
I don't want to cheat with fake money so what should I do?
I think that with the cayman I have no chance to beat him.
well, you're right. No1 in their damn right mind would go up against Darius in a Cayman.
What i suggest you do is finsh the remaining races. Your crew should be:
Samson (active)
Neville (inactive)
Nikki (inactive)
The benefit of having Samson active is that you get 10% extra cash at the end of a race. i.e. if the race reward is $18,000, you would get an extra $1,800. Neville gives you an extra $200 per race and Nikki gives you a disount at all car lots.
Now once you complete the races i recommend buying a Tier 3 tuner and doing up the performance ONLY. Forget the looks, as they just burn money. Performance is imperative. If you still need some more cash, sell the Cayman. If you STILL need more cash, then try re-doing some races. If you STILL need more cash, then use some cheats.
Bottom line is: you need a tier 3 at all costs to face Darius.

If I finish the races exept with Darius and don't have enough money then it's very difficult because I saw that after u win a race, and you do again the same one u only receive: 700$
I strongly suggest the Lancer Evo. It's the skinny, tall car one of my favourites to be honest.
and the 700$ isn't much but find one of the quickest races in the game and do it over alot and you'll get enough money in no time.
