Just download the trainer and then click the .exe file so the trainer starts. Then start the game but don't close the trainer(it runs in background). Use the hotkeys to get the cheats. Hope i helped. P.S. The version of the trainer has to be the same as your game's version, otherwise trainer doesn't work.

go to ur documents, then find the trainer, and go from there.
