Hi people as u can see i'm stuck on the Yian Garuga quest and i need so help i tride all the tips and glichis that are posted on the internet but i still can't kill it not the best at MH ^^ i saw the saves that are posted here so i thought someone can help me i have:
wep: poisen battleaxe (not sharp enough can only hit head)
armor: fire:15
water:0
ele:5
dragon: -4 (yeah is that a proble)
armor:59

Well, I think you should find another weapon (sword and shield recommended) because I don't think the poison battleaxe will affect him much but it still might work.
Hurt him as much as possible, and then the damage will be taken on to the next quest you go on to slay him. Let the time run out or if you die 3 times or abandon it won't work. You might not win straight away but it still works.
Then repeat, eventually he dies, and then when you do another quest for him again, he will be harder. When you killed him 6 times you get revenge of the garuga and he's the "king size"/ G-ranked version but in village quests
i seee ooooo why does he get stronger he is already strong

K, you should go online with him more often then and get better weapons to kill Garuga faster
