I have a super problem. How can you defeat Sasuke when the D-rank mission says to 1. Win the Battle and 2. Defeat the enemy when chakra is at 0. How can you do that to Sasuke?

ok im stuck on the d rank missions and it says #1 condion is ito win like always #2condion is to win in 30 seconds #3 condion is the scroll of instant body and i dont get what that means and i just used every one ad still cant pass it
