I dont know. I've been trying to figure that out for some time. I even tried using the walk through walls cheat to go through the plant, and I still couldnt go through. If you do find out, pleas PM me.

I no it has something to do with the E - Reader. In Fire Red it says something like 'there is a smooth breeze here.'
It unlocks something and is there just like Altering cave is.
