On manager mode, after a season some of my player's skill level went up. For example Rooney's skill level was 92 and it went to 97. I would like to know why. 🤔

after every game, each player who played at least 45mins will gain experience. Experience can be determined on how much the player did. If you lose a game then every1s experience goes up a significant amount as they learn from their mistakes. If someone scores a goal or keeps a clean sheet then they too will gain a significant amount of experience. If its a draw then no1 gains a lot of experience.

Each level has 100 exp. points. Say rooney was on level 92. He has to gain 100 exp points to go onto level 93. Now you say he went up to lvl 97, meaning he gained 500 exp points in that season. But like i sed before, its all determined by the amount of work put in by the player. And it seems that rooney did a LOT of work that season.

nah, man. the thing is that man-u has a great striking coach so after the season is done the work on him to get him better, the same thing happen to me with leo messi. and since he's young it went up a whole bunch. alot of young players do that, and it depends on the way thier potential is. thats why when they get old they the lose stats cuz their old fat losers. like zambrotta.
