Getting rid of Faded Wraiths on Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion XBox 360 Message Board - Page 1

Can anyone give me any ideas of how to get rid of faded wraiths? I'm doing A plot revealed and trying to get rid of the ones in the Bruma mages guild and am totally stuck! I've been doing this for months now...even tried to 'avoid' them!

use a silver, magic, or deadric weapon against them and you might try turning down the difficulty.

if youve joined the dark brotherhood you get the Blade of Woe, that always works too.

to kill a ghost/wraith, u need a sliver or better weapon.... dwarven, elven, glass, ebony, daedric etc.

that or any enchantment on your lower weapons... i remember getting chillrend sword at much lower levels.

only silver daedric and enchanted weapons can hurt something like a wraith or a ghost.

i would know...ive tried glass and elven and daedric and all else

hmm thats intersting...

i thought i did some ghosts or wraiths with honor blad of chorrol - an ebony sowrd..
but i am not sure... i am probably wrong.

well i dont use it but it could be enchanted or poisoned
