i think that one is to the left and up the rocks somwhere but if it isn't you will have to wait until you can get rope and climb up the side of the rock to the right!

Ok so you have the rope well If you go to i belive the Terra cotta cliffs although im not sure what the real name is. anyway Well go to the cannon place and insted of climbing the rocks go to the right and keep going until you look up then you have to lasso a branch.

its th 1 after the trail stop its called cougar bend
