Go down to the maintenence tunnels and somewhere in the middle there is a dark hallway. at the end of the hallway is a door. in side there will be huge crates lined up with a few sledge hammers laying on the ground. in the back of the room there is the key. the key works for every door hope i helped!

Go into the maintenance tunnels. Take the first right turn you can, then the next left, then the next right. Go into the door, and like he said, lots of boxes and crates. In the corner is the keycard. There is a submachine gun in there as well.
