i cant figure out how to "change" lord kane or whatevere his name is mind!!! HELP

I don't think you can change any henchman.
If you mean, TRAIN, then double-click,
and click on the new ability you want your
henchman to learn. You do need the required amount
of experiance.

I might be a tad late ,
but actually you can change name / stats / costs etc for ANYTHING in this game extremely easy.

Almost no data file is encrypted so you can easy edit even with note or word pad.

If you have some modding experience its pretty simple so change even the textures.

Most important text files are in /Evil Genius/DynamicResources

Haha this is kinda funny but i acctualy ment The guy That you have to put in the Mixing bowl(torture/interorgate) so he would join the Confrence, i havent checked up on this post for i while but i figured it out a long time ago, Thank you so much for Posting anyway
