    i never figured out what that big key went to.

    but the stronghold contract is for when you are a high rank in one of the great houses, you just pay a little money and they build you a manor

    its the main quest for bloodmoon, you can make weapons and armor out of the ice you get from it, the people just give it to you for some reason
