In order for it to work you're gonna need to have the Tempo full at every chamber. (You're gonna need to experiment.) I recommend you get some Poke'mon from other Game-Boy games like Sapphire, Emerald or Ruby. Once the Tempo is full in all 9 chambers place Shadow Lugia in anyone then it should be purified instantly. (NOTE: You're gonna have to do this thing at that place where you start I forgot the name though.) Oooh, it was the PokeLab I think go into the place where that huge circle is at when you first go in the building (in the front of it.)
