okay, so u don't have cash, right? to get cash, download the trainer that has 10+ languages.
after u unxip the file, open the app. on the left menu, click on the profile manager, and click on ur alias in the middle. then, u can edit ur bounty, money, and all that !

I had the same thing. I had 16 cars after I completed the career. Started new, about 5. Than I wanna buy an Impreza (in the one with 5) and it happens too!!!

i think u need to level up in black list to buy the cars or may be your game is not properly installed
