Right, for those who are in need of: Velociprey Scale+/ hide+ & White Velociprey Scale/ hide, well here it is where you can get some (if you're not a n00b). Keep doing the Yian Garuga quest 'til you kill 6/ get a silver crown. (You'll see which one is the last 'cause the Garuga is an Adult one and he is bigger, stronger, and your weapons bounce off more). Then you'll have the quest "Revenge of the Garuga" which is the one with the Adult (Supersized) Garuga, yes it is hard, when he charges he takes 2/3 of my life down with Rathalos Soul armor.
Anyway, kill the Vpreys, and carve them, then you'll get what you need, then go in area 5 to kill more Vpreys, this could be useful for people who cannot get onto HR3...Like me
