    They are moves codes. Go to the move tutor & the 1st move is the move you put in the code for. It will say a different name, but if you see the attack power and description, it will be the one you entered in:

    hey anyways we can help you in anything but 1 thing where you get mew in pokemon fire red......wait did you beard mewtoo in ruby,shappire, or emarled! cuz my friend...and yea you get it

    Its called a Shiny.
    They're rare and have better stats than a regular pokemon of the same kind.
    Keep it and train it and it will become powerful.
