plzz i just bought this game but want lockpicks becaus i need them 4 my mision were cant i find them

well, you must have broken about 50 from the tutorial, but go to a mine or cave with bandits or goblins, some of them have one or two on them

if you join the thieves guild your fences sell 100 lockpicks at a time and for the challenge to get into the thieves guild Armond sells lockpicks for 5 gold each.

to join the thieves guild break the law in the IMPERIAL city and choice to "go to jail" then after you serve your time just wait and someone will give you a note that has intructions

:note: if you go to jail in any other city than the imperial city you will not be aproached.

as erwin said, join the thieves guild and they can direct you to fences in different cities
