Ok i have the Silver Wing, and little patience How and where do I catch The dogs, i have suicune already & unlimited master balls (clones) I just need to know where to get them

Okay. First Silver Wing is for Lugia not Ho-oh. You need Rainbow Wing to catch Ho-oh. About the dogs, it's random. If you're lucky you'll meet them. It's really hard to see where they are because their nest is not in your pokedex yet. Try to ask your friend if they have those dogs. Trade then into your game then check your pokedex for their profile, click nest then chase them until you caught them.

You know.... Legendary dogs are sux! Evn that their name is legendary dogs but they doesn't string as you thought...

Legendary dogs run randomly around Johto, so you need luck and patience to find them. About silver wing is used to catch Lugia. You can find it in Whirl Island (near to Cianwood city)
