Servers are in California, U.S. where it is currently 7:00 am. Updates are published manually and will be done before the end of the day, CALIFORNIA TIME.

Perhaps you guys should take a look at the time zone indicator?
It's at the bottom of this thread. And also around the site.
It maybe February the 20th at your part of the world but it isn't yet at the PWizard's part of the world.
Besides, this site is known for their quality trainers. I'm a free member (dearly wish i could get unlimited membership) but I still wait patiently. While waiting, i'll play without cheats to train myself up.
